Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with my luggage, Ms. Pamela was always there with a smile, making my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight, thanks to Madeline at the breakfast café. She was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed. The variety and quality of the breakfast options were impressive, and Madeline’s cheerful attitude made the morning dining experience delightful. It was clear that she took pride in her work, and it truly showed in the service she provided. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the entire staff at Palazzo Nainer. Each member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay as comfortable as possible. We liked everything about the facility but most importantly the warm welcome when you enter the hotel is worth everything. A wonderful smell welcomes you the moment you enter the hotel, we learned that hotel has its own branded smell. I would like to thank the hotel manager Pamela for upgrading our room to a suite with an incredibly beautiful balcony and a unique view of Rome, she made this experience unique. I would also like to thank Arien who helped us with everything, he has a wonderful energy. Hotel's breakfast is so delicious, I have never seen such freshness and service even in 5-star hotels, Madeleine is a wonderful woman who is on top of everything, renews all the products and offer the hot ones. Also thank you for the delicious omelette. The room cleaning was also great, the room was spotlessly clean every time we came and everything was renewed. It also has a terrace where you can have an aperitivo and watch the wonderful view while drinking your cocktail (Terazza Nainer). Finally, the location of the hotel is great, you can choose it without any doubt. I'm sure I'll choose this place every time I come to Rome.

The space is beautiful with large guest rooms and a lovely roof deck for cocktails. The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of offerings- homemade cakes & pastries, open faced salmon sandwiches and other delicacies. Madeleine, Priscilla & Islam will happily make you a special omelette or fried eggs or an extra double espresso. The hotel is in a great location next to Piazza del Popolo with outdoor cafes, a cab stand, tram & metro stops and easy access to busses plus lovely pedestrian only streets for strolling around. The hotel staff were very helpful- Naim, Stefano, Mohamed, Arian, Paolo. In the afternoon you could pop into the lobby bar for a nice cup of tea or coffee. For a relaxing stay in Rome I highly recommend the Palazzo Nainer.

The hotel is extremely well decorated, right in the center of Rome, easy walking distance to everywhere, the location is great. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, they did not refuse any of our requests and were helpful. During check-in, they said that they upgraded our room and offered early check-in free of charge and this made us very happy. We would like to thank all the hotel staff, especially the hotel manager Pamela. As a hotelier, I could not see anything missing in this facility, we were very pleased with our holiday. The hotel I will definitely choose on my next trip to Rome is Palazzo Nainer. I definitely recommend it.

The main reasons are: exceptional friendly and professional staff: with special compliments to mrs Madeleine who runs the breakfast in a super friendly and super customer oriented way and provides a delicious variety as well as to mrs Pamela from the reception, who constantly accommodates pro-actively any wishes one might have and also for the super positive cleaning lady.
